At zStorage your privacy is important to us. Any information collected is solely for our internal use, we do not sell any information nor do we provided to any vendors or business partners. We will not provide your information to anyone except in the case that it's request by a law enforcement authority.

Your data is yours, we make no claims to it.
We do not know the content, we have no tools in place to attempt to decipher your data.
We can not decrypt your data unless you allow us to use a master decryption key and we will only do this by your request.
Your data will only be made available to you.
The only exception to any of these is a request by a legally authorized law enforcement agency.

The transaction from you to zStorage are encrypted, any information we send to you via CD is also encrypted.

Revisions to This Policy
zStorage reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted to the zStorage website.
